Smart Adviser is an AI-assisted tool. It uses structured answers about your brief and authorised catalogue candidates to generate and rank product suggestions. You are interacting with an AI-supported recommendation system rather than a person while the shortlist is being generated.
What the AI does not decide
The Adviser does not set the final price, confirm stock, promise a delivery date, approve artwork, decide legal or regulatory compliance, accept an order, or take payment. Results are decision-support information and do not make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
Catalogue and model limitations
Recommendations are constrained to authorised product candidates and checked against current catalogue records. Supplier information can still change, and AI-generated reasoning can be incomplete or unsuitable. Do not rely on a recommendation as confirmation of price, availability, branding fit, safety, or compliance.
Human quotation remains authoritative
Lemon Monkey staff review the requested products and confirm the final specification, branding method, artwork, price, availability, and lead time during quotation. The final quotation and written order confirmation are the commercial authority. Adviser output does not create a contract.
